If you wish to return your item, then we might require you to pay for any return shipping. Please get in touch and we can try to help resolve the problem.
Refunds will only be given on physical items after it arrive at the return address. Please contact us prior to returns.
Digital products, due to their nature, are not eligible for refunds.
To prevent fraud, only to the original payment method will be issued, up to the value of the original transaction. It is impossible to issue a refund beyond 60 days from the original transaction due to bank regulations.
